Terms of Service
Last updated: October 11, 2026
1. Who we are and agreeing to these Terms
AURUM is operated by Ramos Capital Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company. In these Terms, "AURUM," "we," "us" and "our" mean Ramos Capital Ventures LLC. "You" means the person using AURUM.
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and us. They cover the AURUM iPhone app, the web app at https://joinaurum.co/app, the website at https://joinaurum.co, and every booking you make through them. We call all of these the "Service."
You accept these Terms when you create an account, when you pay for a booking, or when you use the Service. The checkout screen links to these Terms before you pay. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information. You can read it at https://joinaurum.co/privacy.html.
Please read Section 30 carefully. It requires you and us to resolve most disputes through individual binding arbitration, not in court, and it waives your right to bring or join a class action. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days, as Section 30 explains.
2. What AURUM is, and what it is not
AURUM is a booking platform. It lets you find a nightlife venue, choose a specific table on the venue's floor plan, choose bottles from the venue's menu, add the friends who are coming, and pay for the table online.
AURUM is not the venue. We do not own or operate any venue. The venue provides the table, the bottles, the service and the staff.
AURUM does not sell, serve or deliver alcohol. The venue is the seller of the table, the bottles and everything served to you. The venue holds any alcoholic beverage license that applies.
AURUM does not control admission. The venue decides who gets in, who is served, and who is asked to leave.
What we provide is the booking service: the app, the floor plans, the booking and payment process, identity verification, the pass you show at the door, and support. We charge a booking fee for that service.
3. Who can use AURUM
You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account or use the Service. When you sign up, you must confirm this by ticking the box that reads "I confirm I am 21 years of age or older." We will not create an account without it.
A venue may set its own minimum age above 21 for a night. If it does, you and every guest at your table must meet that minimum age to be admitted.
You must also:
- Use the Service only to book venues in the United States. The Service is offered only in the United States.
- Be able to enter into a binding contract.
- Not have been suspended or removed from the Service by us before.
- Give us true, accurate and current information about yourself.
4. Identity verification
Before you can reserve a table, you must verify your identity. We use Stripe Identity, a service of Stripe, Inc., to do this.
Here is how it works:
- We first show you a consent screen. You must tick the consent box before verification can start.
- Stripe asks you to take a photo of your government-issued ID and a selfie. Stripe checks that the ID is real and that the selfie matches the photo on the ID.
- Stripe tells us the result, your verified legal name and your date of birth. We do not receive or store your ID image or your selfie. Stripe keeps them under its own privacy policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains in more detail how verification works, what is collected and how long it is kept.
You agree to use only your own, valid, government-issued ID. You may not verify on behalf of someone else, or let someone else verify on your behalf. If verification fails, or we reasonably believe the information is false, we may refuse or cancel a booking under Section 27.
The venue may still ask to see your ID at the door. Bring the ID you used to verify.
5. Your account
Your account holds your name, email address, mobile number, and, if you choose, a password and a profile photo. You sign in with a one-time code we send to your email. We may also send sign-in codes by text message, as described in Section 19.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your email account, phone and any password secure.
- Everything that happens under your account.
- Telling us right away at support@joinaurum.co if you think someone else has used your account.
You may have only one account. You may not sell, transfer or share your account.
You can delete your account in the app at any time, unless you have an upcoming booking. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information when you delete your account.
6. Booking a table
When you book, you choose a venue, a night, a specific table and the bottles you want from the venue's menu. You also add the friends who are coming.
The table, the bottles, the minimum spend, the seating, the music, the dress code and everything else about the night are offered by the venue. We show you the information the venue gives us. We try to keep it accurate, but the venue is responsible for it. Floor plans and photos show the general layout and style of the venue and may not match the night exactly.
Your booking is not confirmed until the venue approves it. Section 10 explains venue approval.
When a booking is confirmed, you receive a pass with a QR code. Each pass is for one booking on one night. A pass for a different night will be refused at the door.
7. Prices and the AURUM booking fee
Every price we show you is the total price. It includes:
- The venue's price for the table and the bottles you choose (the "table price").
- The venue's gratuity.
- Sales tax.
- The AURUM booking fee.
You will not pay any other charge to AURUM or to the venue for the booking itself. Anything you order at the venue that is not part of your booking is between you and the venue.
The AURUM booking fee is our charge for the booking service. It is added on top of the venue's price, so the venue receives its full table price. The fee is 5% of your payment, plus $3 for each guest at the table. We always count at least four guests, even if fewer are coming. The fee is included in the total price you see before you pay. Card processing costs are paid out of our fee, not added to your price.
Prices are set in US dollars.
8. Payment, and who you are paying
You pay the full total price online, by card, before the night. Nothing is paid at the door for the booking itself.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. By paying, you also agree to the terms Stripe sets for card payments.
Each venue has appointed us as its limited payment collection agent. This means we accept payment from you on the venue's behalf for the table price, the venue's gratuity and the sales tax. When you pay us, your obligation to pay the venue for those amounts is satisfied, just as if you had paid the venue directly. We then pass the venue's share to the venue's own Stripe account.
The charge on your card statement will show AURUM because the payment is processed through our Stripe account. That does not make us the seller of the table, the bottles or the service. The venue is the seller of those. We sell you only the booking service, for the booking fee.
Refunds are made through Stripe to the card you paid with. They usually reach your account within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank controls the exact timing.
9. Split tables and the 24-hour hold
The person who starts a booking is the "organizer." The organizer can split the table with the friends who are coming.
To split a table, the organizer enters each friend's name and either their email address or mobile number. Each friend then receives their own private payment link and pays their own share on their own card. Each share includes that person's part of the booking fee. Only add people who have agreed to receive a payment link from AURUM.
While the group pays, we hold the table. If every share is not paid within 24 hours, the hold ends and everyone who has already paid is refunded in full, including the booking fee.
Each person who pays agrees to these Terms and must meet the age and verification requirements in Sections 3 and 4.
Once a split table is confirmed, only the organizer can cancel it. If the organizer cancels, each payer is refunded their own share, on the terms in Section 11, to their own card.
10. Venue approval
After everyone has paid and verified, the venue reviews the booking. The venue may approve or reject it.
- If the venue approves, your booking is confirmed and you receive your pass.
- If the venue rejects it, everyone who paid is refunded in full, including the booking fee.
- If the venue does not respond within its approval period, the booking is approved automatically and you receive your pass. The period is 24 hours unless the venue has set a different one, and it starts when everyone has paid and verified.
A venue may reject a booking for its own business reasons. We do not control that decision.
11. Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel
- The AURUM booking fee is never refunded when you cancel. There is no separate cancellation fee.
- Each night has a cancellation window, set by the venue. If the venue does not set one, it is 48 hours. The window is shown to you before you pay.
- If you cancel before the window starts, the table price is refunded in full.
- If you cancel inside the window, 50% of the table price is refunded. The venue keeps the other 50%.
- The venue's gratuity and the sales tax are always refunded in full when you cancel.
For example, if a night starts at 10:00 p.m. on a Saturday and the window is 48 hours, you must cancel before 10:00 p.m. on the Thursday to get the full table price back.
If the venue or AURUM cancels
If the venue cancels your booking or the whole night, or if we cancel your booking for any reason, everyone who paid is refunded in full, including the booking fee.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card used to pay. On a split table, each person is refunded their own share to their own card. Refunds usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
These refund rules do not limit any right to a refund that you have under the law.
12. No-shows
If you do not arrive and you did not cancel, nothing is refunded. This includes the table price, the gratuity, the sales tax and the booking fee.
13. Check-in, venue rules and admission
At the door, you show your pass. Door staff see your name, whether you are verified, and your age. They do not see your date of birth.
The venue sets and enforces its own rules. These may include a dress code, ID checks, a higher minimum age, conduct rules, and limits on the number of guests. You agree to follow them and the directions of venue staff.
The venue may refuse you entry, refuse you service, or ask you to leave under its own rules and the law. We do not control those decisions.
14. Money if you are refused entry or removed
If the reason is within your control, the venue's refusal or removal counts as a no-show for you, and nothing is refunded. Reasons within your control include:
- You do not meet the venue's minimum age.
- You cannot show a valid ID that matches your verified identity.
- You appear visibly intoxicated.
- You do not meet a dress code or conduct rule the venue showed or that is customary for the venue.
- You act in a violent, threatening, unlawful or unsafe way.
On a split table, this applies to the share of the person refused or removed. It does not change the rest of the table's booking.
If the reason is not within your control, we treat it as a cancellation by the venue, and everyone affected is refunded in full, including the booking fee. Examples are a venue that is closed, cannot provide your table, or refuses you for a reason that is unlawful.
If you are admitted and later removed for a reason within your control, no part of the booking is refunded.
If you believe you were refused or removed unfairly, email support@joinaurum.co within 7 days of the night. We will review it with the venue and tell you our decision. This does not limit any rights you have under the law.
15. Alcohol and responsible drinking
Whether to serve you alcohol, and how much, is always the venue's decision. Under the law, venues must not serve people who are underage or visibly intoxicated. A venue may stop serving you at any time. Booking bottles through AURUM does not entitle you to be served if the venue decides not to serve you, and that decision does not entitle you to a refund under these Terms.
Please drink responsibly. Never drink and drive. Plan a safe way home before the night begins.
You are responsible for your own choices about alcohol. We are not responsible for what you or others drink or for what happens as a result.
16. Your conduct
You agree not to:
- Resell, auction or transfer any table, booking or pass for money or anything of value, or buy one from someone other than AURUM.
- Book with no intention to attend, or book to block tables from other guests.
- Give false information, verify with an ID that is not yours, or pretend to be someone else.
- Use another person's card without permission, or use stolen card details.
- Add people to a split table without their agreement, or send payment links to people who have not agreed to receive them.
- Harass, threaten or abuse venue staff, other guests or our team.
- Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the Service, buy tables or collect data.
- Try to get around our prices, fees, verification, rate limits or security.
- Copy, change, reverse engineer or interfere with the Service, except as the law allows.
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to help anyone else break the law.
17. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us first at support@joinaurum.co. Most problems can be fixed faster this way.
You keep every right your bank and card network give you. But filing a chargeback for a charge you authorised and that was handled under these Terms (for example, a no-show or a cancellation inside the window) is a misuse of the Service. If you do this, we may respond to the dispute with records of your booking, consent, verification and check-in, and we may suspend or close your account under Section 27.
18. Content you provide and copyright complaints
Your content. You may give us content such as a profile photo, your name and messages to support. You keep ownership of your content. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, use and display it only as needed to run the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep under our Privacy Policy or the law.
You promise that you have the right to share your content and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights. We may remove any content that breaks these Terms.
Copyright complaints. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email support@joinaurum.co with the subject line "Copyright notice." Your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- A description of where the material is on the Service, so we can find it.
- Your name, address, phone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner.
If we remove your content after a notice, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your signature, a description of the removed material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake, and your name, address and phone number, with your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any district where we may be found).
We will close the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate cases.
19. Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you:
- One-time verification codes to sign in or confirm your number.
- Messages about your own bookings, such as a confirmation, a change or a cancellation.
We do not send marketing text messages.
- Message frequency varies with your account activity and bookings.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@joinaurum.co.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
If you opt out of texts, you can still use AURUM. You will verify and sign in by email instead.
You must only give us a mobile number that is yours. If you change or give up your number, update your account or reply STOP.
20. Emails and notifications
We send emails needed to run the Service. These include sign-in codes, booking confirmations, receipts, split-payment links, refund notices and cancellation notices. Because they are part of the Service, you cannot opt out of them while you have an account.
If you join our waitlist, we may also email you about our launch and early access. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.
If you allow push notifications in the iPhone app, we may send notifications about your bookings. You can turn them off at any time in your iPhone's settings.
21. Third-party services
The Service relies on other companies, including Stripe for payments and identity verification and Apple for the App Store. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do. We are not responsible for their services, and these Terms do not change your agreements with them.
Venues are independent businesses, not our employees or agents, except for the limited payment collection role in Section 8, where we act for the venue. We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any venue, its staff, its products or its guests.
22. Our intellectual property and your license to use the app
The Service, including the AURUM name, logo, design, software, floor plans and text, belongs to us or our licensors. It is protected by intellectual property laws. Venue names, logos and photos belong to the venues or their licensors.
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the AURUM app on Apple devices that you own or control, and to use the web app, only for your own personal, non-commercial use and only as these Terms allow. When the app is downloaded from the Apple App Store, this license is also subject to the usage rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. We keep all rights we do not expressly give you.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without paying you or owing you anything.
23. Apple App Store terms
This section applies if you downloaded the AURUM app from the Apple App Store.
- These Terms are between you and Ramos Capital Ventures LLC only, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Your license to use the app is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as allowed by the usage rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Apple has no obligation at all to provide any maintenance or support services for the app. Contact support@joinaurum.co for support.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation of any kind for the app. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses caused by a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility, to the extent they are not disclaimed in these Terms.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession or use of it. This includes product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If a third party claims that the app or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country that is subject to a US Government embargo, or that has been designated by the US Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the app, such as your wireless carrier's terms.
- Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept these Terms, Apple will have the right, and will be deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
- Our name and address: Ramos Capital Ventures LLC, 12675 S Dixie Hwy #2035, Miami, FL 33156. Questions, complaints or claims about the app: support@joinaurum.co.
24. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION FROM A VENUE IS ACCURATE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY ABOUT ANY VENUE, ITS PREMISES, STAFF, PRODUCTS, SERVICE, ADMISSION DECISIONS OR OTHER GUESTS. THE VENUE IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TABLE, THE BOTTLES, THE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL AND THE SAFETY OF ITS PREMISES.
Some states do not allow certain warranties to be disclaimed. In those states, some of these disclaimers may not apply to you.
25. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER RAMOS CAPITAL VENTURES LLC NOR ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS OR AGENTS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, ANY VENUE, OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN TOLD SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AURUM BOOKING FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100).
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY VENUE, PROMOTER, VENUE STAFF OR OTHER GUEST, INCLUDING ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS THAT HAPPENS AT OR NEAR A VENUE.
This section does not limit or reduce any refund we owe you under Sections 9, 10, 11 or 14. It also does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence or intentional misconduct where the law does not permit a limit.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those states, some of these limits may not apply to you.
26. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ramos Capital Ventures LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) brought by a third party, to the extent they arise from:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your conduct at or around a venue.
- Your content.
- Information you give us about other people, including friends you add to a split table.
- Your violation of the law or of anyone else's rights.
We will tell you about any such claim and may choose to control the defense. You may not settle a claim that affects us without our written consent.
27. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, as explained in Section 5.
We may suspend or close your account, refuse a booking, or cancel a booking if:
- You break these Terms.
- We reasonably suspect fraud, resale, identity misuse or chargeback abuse.
- A law, a court, a regulator or a card network requires it.
- We need to protect venues, guests, our team or the Service.
If we cancel a booking, everyone who paid for it is refunded in full, including the booking fee, as Section 11 says. If we suspend or close your account, you may not create another one without our permission.
We may also change, pause or stop offering the Service, or any part of it, at any time. If we stop offering the Service, we will cancel and fully refund all upcoming bookings.
Sections 8, 11, 12, 14, 17, 18, 22, 24, 25, 26, 29, 30 and 31 continue to apply after your account ends.
28. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we will tell you by email and by a notice in the app at least 30 days before the change takes effect. We will also update the "Last updated" date at the top.
We may make changes sooner, with notice as soon as practical, if the change is required by law or is needed to fix a security or safety problem.
A change does not apply to a booking you paid for before the change takes effect. That booking stays under the Terms that were in effect when you paid.
If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
A change to Section 30 will not apply to any dispute that you or we gave notice of before the change takes effect.
29. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 30.
Any claim that is not subject to arbitration under Section 30 must be brought only in the state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. You and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This does not stop either of us from using small claims court as Section 30 allows.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR ANY CLAIM THAT IS DECIDED IN COURT.
30. Dispute resolution and arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Talk to us first. Before starting arbitration or a small claims case, you and we each agree to try to resolve the dispute informally. The party with the dispute must send a written notice describing the dispute and the relief requested. Send yours to support@joinaurum.co. We will send ours to the email address on your account. Both of us will try in good faith to resolve the dispute within 60 days after the notice is received. If a notice is sent, the time limits for bringing a claim are paused during those 60 days.
Binding individual arbitration. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and we agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, any booking, or our relationship with you ("Dispute") will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in court. This includes Disputes about the scope, validity or enforceability of this Section 30, except as stated below.
Exceptions. Either you or we may:
- Bring an individual claim in small claims court, if it qualifies and stays there.
- Ask a court for an injunction to stop the infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
The rules. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by this Section 30. The rules are available at https://www.adr.org. A single arbitrator will decide the Dispute. The arbitrator may award any individual relief that a court could award, but only to the individual party seeking it and only as needed for that party's individual claim.
Location and format. If your claim is for $25,000 or less, the arbitration will be decided on written submissions, unless you ask for a hearing or the arbitrator decides one is needed. Any hearing will be held by video or phone, or in person in the county where you live or in Miami-Dade County, Florida, at your choice.
Costs. Fees are paid as set out in the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, which limit the fees a consumer pays. We will pay all other AAA and arbitrator fees for a Dispute you start, unless the arbitrator finds your claim was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose. Each party pays its own attorneys' fees unless the law or the arbitrator awards them.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER. YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH OF US MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class, collective or representative proceeding.
Mass filings. If 25 or more similar demands for arbitration are filed against us by or with the help of the same law firm or group of firms, the demands will be handled in batches of up to 25. Only one batch will proceed at a time, and the AAA will assign one arbitrator to each batch. The statute of limitations for each claim is paused while its demand waits. This process is meant to resolve claims efficiently, not to prevent anyone from bringing a claim.
Public injunctive relief. If you seek public injunctive relief, and a court decides that the law does not allow that claim to be waived or arbitrated, that claim will be decided by a court, in the courts named in Section 29, after the arbitration of all other claims is complete.
If the class action waiver fails. If a court decides that the class action waiver cannot be enforced for a particular claim, then that claim, and only that claim, will be decided in court and not in arbitration.
Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this Section 30 within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. To opt out, email support@joinaurum.co with the subject line "Arbitration opt-out" and include your name and the email address on your account, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms. If you opt out, Disputes will be decided in the courts named in Section 29.
31. General terms
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any booking details shown to you at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, except as Section 30 says.
If we do not enforce a right right away, we do not give up that right.
You may not transfer your rights or duties under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, if the transferee agrees to honor these Terms.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or network outages, government actions or the actions of a venue. If a venue or a night is cancelled for one of these reasons, you are still refunded under Section 11.
We may send you notices by email to the address on your account or by a notice in the app. You may send notices to us at support@joinaurum.co.
Headings are for convenience only. "Including" means "including without limitation."
