SMS Terms

Version 2026-09-18. These terms cover text messages sent by AURUM (RAMOS CAPITAL VENTURES LLC, doing business as AURUM) to the mobile number on your AURUM account.

What we text you

AURUM sends transactional messages only:

• A one-time sign-in code when you verify your number or sign in.
• Booking confirmations, and a reminder on the day of a night you have a table at.
• Changes to a booking: a venue approval or rejection, a cancellation, a refund, or a table released back on sale.
• A link to pay your share when a friend adds you to a split table.

AURUM does not send marketing or promotional texts. If that ever changes, we will ask for a separate opt-in first.

Frequency

Message frequency varies with your bookings. Most guests receive one to five messages per booking. Sign-in codes are sent only when you ask for one.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. AURUM does not charge for texts.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming you have opted out. After that, AURUM will use email for booking messages, and you can still sign in with an emailed code. Reply START to opt back in.

If you opt out, you may still receive a one-time code when you explicitly request one to sign in, because that message is sent only at your request.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email support@joinaurum.co.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your number is used for the messages above and for account security. It is not sold or shared for marketing. See the Privacy Policy for how AURUM handles your information.

Consent

By entering your mobile number at sign-up and requesting a code, you agree to receive the transactional messages described here at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase; you can use AURUM with email only by opting out.
